Every month, the MSA Student and Postdoc Section highlights the journeys of your fellow mycologists. These Spotlights help us connect virtually, introduce your research to a broad audience, and inspire other scientists (or future scientists). By sharing these stories, we aim to create a more accepting, diverse, and engaged Society.
But, we need YOU to tell your stories! You can nominate yourself, your lab, your local club, or someone you know to be our next Spotlight. Language should not be a barrier to engaging in science, so we welcome submissions in any language! To get started, just fill out one of the forms below:
Student Self-Nominations

There are many kinds of amazing mycology groups out there and we’d like to hear about them all! Maybe you work with a team of really cool researchers. Or, perhaps you formed a local mushroom club. Whatever the group may be, this spotlight category is for you! Talk to your teammates, take a group photo (or make a collage), and use the following form to tell us about yourselves!
